Here's my real story, decide for yourself:
I moved here with great hopes: The apartments were recently remodeled, the woman in the leasing office was very polite, funny and smiling. There was no pool / gym / club house yet but I was told that they would be built soon. In the meantime, they would reimburse the gym expenses. Fantastic, right?
Fast forward to 5-6 months later. A construction started in the courtyard and machines demolished the old club house and pool. I was happy that they were keeping their promise and building gym and other facilities. But after sometime, I got suspicious. There was something wrong with the size of the construction site. When asked about it, the leasing office always gave vague replies. It turned out that they're building new apartment buildings in the courtyard, not a gym. And they've planned to use us as cash cows while they're constructing new buildings. Now, I have a damn huge construction site just a few feet away from my bedroom window. The construction starts at 7 am every morning, 6 days a week. Heavy machinery, diggers, trucks, hammering, every kind of noise you can imagine. It's impossible to sleep. Dust everywhere, on the windows, in the balcony, in the house. I'm furious that I've been deceived and I think about breaking my contract just to get away from this hellish place.
Oh, I forgot to mention about the security. There have been some burglaries (I'm sure there have been more than we have been notified) and still there's no security, no cameras, nothing.
I can go on ranting about the incompetency of the people in the leasing office, their rudeness, the low quality of the building material in the houses etc.
Don't believe my words, come and see and decide yourself. I'm sure you'll find much more things to complain about. My personal advice: Stay away!
