Wendy D was not in our office at 11.50 as she claims I left at 12 10 to run a car down the street and when I got back she was there. I never called here a liar and I did tell her it was going to be a few minutes because I was finishing up a vehicle that owner was coming to pick up. but because we were not able to drop every thing we were doing at that moment for her this is what I get a bad review can you imagine if this was her vehicle and it was not done for her when she came to pick it up and we told her we had to stop working on it for some one else. You need a watch George!! I called last night to make an appointment for an estimate. I was told to come in today at noon. I arrived at 11:50 and found no one in the office. After several minutes I peeked into the garage and was told that George had gone to the carwash but would be back shortly. George arrived at 12:20 and asked what I was there for. I told him I had an appointment for noon while looking at the clock. He told me I was late because he didn't leave until after 12 and that I would now have to wait at least another 15 minutes. George, if you were any kind of a businessman, you would know that you shouldn't call your patron a liar. Since I am NOT a businessman, I am going to tell YOU, you are an IDIOT!! more

Just a bad experience from start to finish. The owner George is arrogant, rude and in your face. It looks to me that he wrote his own review. What does that tell you? I would never, under any circumstances, do business with Madison Auto Body again. Their work is average at best. Prices very high. more

THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HAVE TO DO WITH PEOPLE TRYING TO GET THINGS DONE FOR FREE. Morphesys vehicle , we repaired the right side of he car wich was paid by the insurance company everything was great. she asked us to just knock out a dent on the lt front fender for N/C when came to pick the car up the lt fender was not good enough and she demanded we fix it completly for FREE ,ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. the other reveiw we had agreement to repair his vehicle when they came pick it up they wanted to pay less for it i said no, and they got upset. all car cars get floor mats and seat covers washed inside and out for delivery and are gauranteed for life of the car. enterprise rental on site, we are also triple a approved, towing available thank you george Pros: ICAR,ASE CERIFIED TECHS , LICENSED APPRASIER. more

The body work looks ok so far after a few weeks, and the car was washed and cleaned inside. Pricing was on a par with other shops. But a few questions to the management when picking up the car became a major confrontation for no apparent reason. I don't need to be treated badly, and certainly not at these prices! more
