While this store had beautiful gowns, one of which I purchased, the customer service was AWFUL! The bridal consultant was frequently rude to my sister and close friend and convinced me to order my dress 2 sizes too big amidst all the excitement. This of coursed forced me to spend extra money on alterations I could have avoided if she had been experienced. Not only that by my fitting was rushed and I did not feel like the seamstress listened to my concerns. The store was not prepared for my apointments, despite confirming 3 days prior. They took their time finishing a hemline (I didn't dare let them touch the bodice) and it was only when prompted and given a time line. Go here if you want to find a great dress but don't care if you're treated badly. more

I had so many issues with this store, including the very rude owner. If you are looking for quality both in the gown and your experience, do not go to here. Everything seemed to go wrong and the staff was very rude. Please be advised. more
