GREAT SELECTION BUT BAD RETURN POLICY 6/17/2009

They have excellent selection and anything you may need. Staff is well informed and good service. I have been going there for over twenty years. I had a problem last year trying to return two items (the person for whom I had made the purchased had died) with a receipt within the time limit set up by the store. I was forced to ask for the owner since his employee was very rude and verbally abusive. She was not even willing to give me a credit.The owner was very nice and immediately refunded the money. It was embarassing and unfortunately I will not be returning to the store. Neither will my friend that witnessed the entire thing. more

Great selection of undergarments 7/28/2005

Madeleine's Hosiery has a great selection of undergarments, and a very knowledgeable staff. This is particularly helpful when you have a special occasion dress where is it most important to have proper undergarments. The staff at Madeleines is well trained, so they know exactly the right style garment that you need, and they also know how to fit you for the proper size. I highly recommend this store when you need to have the right undergarments for a special occasion dress. more
