Reliable, Knowledgeable, Helpful Mechanics 7/3/2009

Took my car in for the first time last week. They fixed three different things with the car and warned me about any future problems and how to recognize them if, in fact, they develop. They have a shuttle service and will work on your car while you are at work. Before I took my car in, it had been sitting under a tree for over a week, so it was quite dirty. As I was picking up the car from MIJ and preparing to take it to a detailer to get cleaned, I discovered that they had cleaned it themselves, inside and out. I had never seen a mechanic do that before...... Pros: Best that I have seen .... ever. more

Excellent and knowledgable service, Will p/u your cars for service 7/31/2007

I have been going to Made in Japan since 1995. I own three vehicles they've been servicing. Always on time courteous and always fixed it right the first time. They can P/U your car from work for service which has been very convenient, having my car fixed while I worked. They go out of their way to serve you. On one repair they saved me over $570.00 I am very satisfied with them and strongly recommend them. P.S. I hear they have started servicing European cars as well. Are they made in Germany now??? Pros: well trained and certified techs. cost effective. Cons: No Saturday service yet. more

Avoid at all cost - Not Recommended 2/11/2007

I brought my Toyota pickup for a tune up and the mechanic left a clamp on the fuel line. It pinched the hose and caused fuel to spray everywhere in the engine compartment and leak fuel onto the road. The truck ran badly and could have caught on fire. The response of the owner was ""that is why we have insurance"" and would not give me a refund and wanted the clamp back. Horrible service. Dangerously careless condescening attitudes. They will refund my money or I will see them in court. Go here if you want your car to go up in flames. Pros: Great if you want your car to catch on fire Cons: They will take your money for the favor more
