DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS ""MADDEN BROTHERS"" BUSINESS! The owner ""Brian Madden"" probably not his real name, is a liar, a thief and a foul mouthed degenerate! They hire on temporary workers to promote their business throug distributing flyers. But they refuse to pay you after you've put in the time, legwork and gas expenditures! When I called this ""Brian Madden"" person to ask for my check, which he ASSURED me I would receive before Christmas, I was met with foul language, and insults against not only myself, but a family member who had taken ill!!! If there were any justice in this country, this ""Brian Madden"" person, probably an ex con, would spend twenty years in jail for false advertisement, terroristic threats and more! AGAIN, DO NOT SHOP AT OR ASSOCIATE WITH MADDEN BROTHERS! EVER!!! more

We used Madden Brothers 3 yrs ago and had a good experience. We tried a different company since then, but wasn't as happy. We checked prices with Madden and other companies for this year's mulch (and added soil to the order) and found Madden to be the best. They delivered the same day. They put the two seperate piles in two different places in our driveway like we asked. The driver was nice and friendly. We will stick with Madden Brothers from now on!! We used them twice and had very good experiences both times! more

I submitted an online order to Madden Bros. for five cubic yards of mulch. I received an email the next day noting that they no longer carried the type of mulch I had ordered; however, I did not notice the email until Saturday, when I saw that no mulch had been delivered. I checked my credit card activity to make sure I had not been charged for the mulch, and, much to my surprise, there was a charge for $234.33 and no refund. I called asking for a refund, but the person did not know how to issue a refund for an online order. She said she would call back, after talking to her manager. I never received a call back, so I called again and found that my refund would be disbursed by a check to be mailed to me. I found this to be very odd for an online order. I asked to speak to the manager, but he never called. more
