We went to the Mad Greek for my daughters graduation this Saturday, form the Hummes, to the fried cheese, to the snails for appertizers. The lamb chops were wonderful. The service was very good, I noticed some people said they were not friendly, but considering how busy the place is they he was great. I'm not looking to make friends there just to have a great meal like we did. The desserts were to die for, try to lemon shortcake, hummmmmmmm. I will go there again soon. Pros: Excellent food Cons: nothing more

The gyro's and greek salads are my favorite! Really, really good sauce for both! Also, their desserts are very authentic and delish! Pros: Greek salads and desserts Cons: Nothing that i can think of! more

Good food, terrible service 3/4/2009

Good gyros, excellent entrees, but if you're getting takeout, check your order, because it is often wrong. Napkins are a rare commodity here. Staff is not customer service oriented. Still worth it for the hummus. more

FANTASTIC! 6/16/2008

Great Food! Fast & Friendly Service in a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone at Mad Greek helped make this one of the best Father's Day celebrations I've ever had! The menu is huge with a wide variety of choices. The portions are extra large and every thing we ordered was delicious! We can't wait to go back! My Highest Recommendation!!! more

The Mad Greek, Whitehall, OH 12/13/2007

This is a GREAT place to eat. I have eaten there since they moved into what was a Taco Bell! The staff have come to feel like extended family members to me, and the food is just excellent. You will be well-taken care of by all of the staff. The prices cannot be beat and the food quality cannot be compared to any other Greek restaurant within Columbus that I have been to. My wife and I have eaten at the Mad Greek perhaps 30 to 40 times, and we have never had anything that wasn't excellent. The price is right; the service is fast and friendly. Bring your own alchy if you desire. Lemmon cake dessert is heavenly. Their hummus is the best in town, and their calimari is hot, crispy, garlic laced, and delicious.
