Avoid this busy mess 11/26/2007

I admit Macys is not my favorite store -- not by a long shot -- but this location alone could make me swear it off forever. Any time i've come by, the aisles are crowded, the racks in disarray and the salespeople nowhere to be found. The only thing really worth coming for is when the free-gift-with-purchase deal is going on with the cosmetics/perfume lines. Pros: next to Cons: tacky clothes more

Customer service forget it 7/2/2002

Macy's should really check this place out, store is a mess. Employees rude.. not a very nice place will vist Lakewood when I need to go next time Cons: Negative attitude, Messy store, Rude Employees more
