Mac's Tire & Auto Repair

came here to get a wheel stud replaced that another auto shop had broken. The stud would just turn freely without coming off there there was no way to remove my wheel. Mac's mechanics had to drop the whole suspension and get behind the wheel to work on it. Four hours later they had my car ready. I was dreading what the bill was going to look like but when I went to pay it was only $90! WOW\r \r They are really friendly honest people who work there and it's hard to find a shop like that around these areas. They have a customer for life! more

We were on a weekend getaway and were staying in the area. To our dismay, a piece of metal was falling off of the underside of our car and Mac's was the closest auto repair place. A young man with a shaved head helped us out. He quickly removed the dragging piece of metal and disappeared back into the garage. He didn't even charge us. He was so fast we didn't catch his name. We also wanted to give him some money but he practically disappeared and we were unable to do so. If we lived in the area we would definitely make this our mechanic. We totally appreciate the kindness this young man. more

I took my car here to get a set of tires in 08. They gave me a good deal and Mac himself was there to make it. They got my car done fast the place is nice and clean and they charged me a fair price.\r I am a fan of Mac's Auto Service\r Since then I have had some problems with my 03 4runner they always handle any problem I have professionally, and honestly. I have worked with cars all my life. That being said when I run in to a problem that is over my head I take my car to Mac's. I never get that gut feeling that something is shady at Mac's. That is why Mac's is the only shop I will take my Toyota to. My Audi goes to the dealer but that is because I want an Audi paper trail for resale. The staff is great with follow up. You always feel like your in the loop, and they work fast. I highly recommend Mac's more

So far, I'm a big fan of this place. I drive past Mac's everyday to and from work, but have never been (until now) and thought I'd give them a shot!\r \r I brought my car in 2 weeks ago to get an alignment and have them check out a wheel that was feeling funny (like there was a bubble in my tire or something). Turned out the feeling in my wheel was a bearing in the hub that was out of whack. So instead of doing the alignment, they suggested I get the bearing repaired first and then do an alignment. They did not charge me for inspecting my wheel! \r \r My husband took care of the bearing (to save on cost) and this morning I brought my car back in for the alignment. It only took an hour! And, to top it off they were able to pick me up at work and take me back to the shop. \r \r Not only was the service fast, the customer service was great (always communicated & kept me up to date - Thanks Devon) and the price was even better (very reasonable - Thanks Larry)! I will recommend Mac's to others and (if necessary) plan to bring my car back here for any future issues :-) more

A while ago I had an older car that no one would work on and parts were impossible to get. I just went out on a limb and contacted Mac's and they assured me that they could get the job done. I was skeptical after being turned down by so many places before hand. After taking my car in within about a week the motor had been completely restored using all fresh parts and it ran like a top. Since my motor/transmission rebuild I have had absolutely no problems with my car and have put almost 8,000 miles on it. I religiously take my wife's, my daily commuter, as well as my classic to Mac's for all my oil changes, general maintenance and pretty much anything else that can happen to my cars including getting my classic detailed for shows. I woudln't go anywhere else now that I have the relationship with the shop that I do. more

I had a great experience at Mac's! They were very honest and prompt with their work. I had taken my car to another shop and it wasn't a good experience. I was a little skeptical about trying Mac's, but I'm glad I did. I highly recommend Mac's to all my family and friends! more

Been going to MAC's for about a year now and they do all my services needed on my car - tires, brakes, oil changes, etc. They are the best mechanics I've ever been to and I recommend them to anyone and everyone. I just got two rear tires replaced last weekend and they were very well priced! I appreciate them treating me so well and helping me out when I needed it...especially since I dont know much about cars/parts and prices. more

i went to mac's and recieved excellent services. they had a great staff and fair prices. they had my car done when they said it would be done, and without a bunch of extra charges like other shops have done to me. i will go back with all future repairs. more

I love Mac's ,I have taken a porsche for service and tires I have taken a VW for tires and tune up I have taken a Audi tt for performance upgrades , fantastic can almost beat my porsche. I wish he was closer to my home , but don't mind the drive to get my cars worked on since I am always treated fairly and never had a problem\r Good Job Mac more

I look for affordability with honesty, and these guys are it! I was shopping around trying to not only get the best deal but quality work too, went to 2 different shops and they over quoted me for for a break job...finally was referred to Mac's Auto by a co-worker and they completely took care of me. These guys are very genuine and sincere. I'm very pleased and have referred them to all my family/friends. more

Excellent customer service! A miscommunication over the phone led to a bit of confusion over the quote, but Mac and Wes were very understanding and worked out something for me. Am very glad to know that these guys are out there to REALLY help people out. Mac seemed very genuine about helping me out and understood my troubles, he truly took care of me and my car. Their service was extremely fast too. They put two guys to change my front and rear brake pads and finished them in less than 15 minutes! It probably would have taken me at least an hour or two! Highly recommend Mac's! more

I have been taking my Cadillac to Mac's Auto since they opened a few years ago. It's difficult to find a great mechanic that you can trust. Not only do I trust them, but their prices are great. This shop has undergone a complete renovation over the recent years. The owner and the manager care very much about this shop and it is apparent not only in the outside appearance, but inside as well. The staff tries hard to do work to the customers expectations. People need to realize that car shops are competitively priced and will try to please their customers, but to have a good work done on your car you will need to pay a good price and sometimes the price may not be as low as you expect, but this shop tries to meet your price expectations. And in my case, what would have cost me over one thousand dollars at Bell Tire, cost me less than half at this place and it wasn't shotty work. more
