I just recently purchased a Kawasaki ER-6n Sport Bike from Macomb Powersports. I had seen the bike online, and responded to the ad. Within a day, Brad Bergstrom had contacted me about the bike, and I made an appointment with him to take a look at it. Brad was professional, and made me feel like a TRUE customer. After purchasing the bike, Brad took me around and introduced me to the entire staff at Macomb Powersports. Everyone was very friendly, and made me feel like I was part of the family. very bad customer service so far 7/1/2011

service dept took in a Yamaha 225 said it would take 3-5 days to clean out carb and replace some gaskets well its been 3 weeks and no fix yet. i called they said they told me it would be 3-5 days just to look at it then another month to fix.... verry poor place to use... they even wrote on my invoice 3-5 day repair more
