Oh my gosh, do NOT trust these people! I took my daughter's iPad in to have the screen repaired because their website says they are Apple Certified Techs. They inspected it and told me they could do it for their advertised price of $199. When they gave it back to me, the glass was not on correctly and it broke again. I took it back and they couldn't deny the shoddy work, so they agreed to do it again. The president of the company, Dana Stibolt, called me and said, ""I have a policy to back up my work, but I am not going to uphold it because I can't properly fix this. I'll give you your money back or replace the glass again, but the glass is going to break. You cannot bring it back to me when it does."" When I pressed him for more information, he told me his tech had tried to bend the back case to get the glass in."" And by the way, we're not really certified to repair iPads anyway."" Meanwhile, because of their deceptive advertising, they voided the Apple warranty. What a sham! Then he told me I should call my credit card company and see if they'll replace the iPad under their consumer protection warranty. I did have another warranty through Squaretrade but he voided that one as well! He told me to send it to them anyway and see what happens. I told him that was dishonest and I wasn't comfortable doing it. He told me I shouldn't worry about it, we could probably get away with it. So, I asked him if he is bonded and insured, and if so, would he file a claim on his insurance because he rendered my iPad out of warranty. He said, ""How dare you even suggest that to me!"" These are NOT honorable people and I would NOT recommend them for any kind of work.
