Mach 1 Car Audio & Security

I will never go to Mach 1 again. After installing a remote starter may door locks did not work, nor does my key fit into the locks anymore. They told me when I picked my car up that it took them over 2 hours to find some wire in my door and the panels were loose from where they tried to find this wire. They claimed my locks weren't working when I brought my car in and that the panels were already loose. They also insinuated that I was lying because so many people did this before. Terrible customer service! Just take responsiblity for the mistake you made and fix it. They did not. more

I had the best customer service at this place. Justin and Ryan were so helpful and knowledgeable. My mini vans remote starter was acting up. First it would work then it wouldn't. I brought it in to these guys and after only a couple minutes looking at it they knew what the problem was. It wasn't installed right in the first place by BEST BUY!! Won't go there again. Ryan took the time to rewire it and to make sure it was in there right. The charge for this service was unbelieveably low and I was shocked at how quickly he fixed it. All the guys there were so pleasant and fun to talk to. And because of that service I will be going back again and again. Ryan also fixed my other key fob for me because it was not working. He did some soddering on it and didn't even charge me anything. This was the second time he did this for me but not on the same key fob. All I can say is that these guys are awesome and I will be a returning customer and let others know about them and their work.\r \r I went back to mach 1 because of a problem with my door locks not working. The guy there Dan was very helpful. He was all alone on a Friday and took the time to help me. He was so pleasant to talk to and I was very impressed on the knowledge that he has about alarms and stereo systems. He had to sodder some wires like before with the other problem I had a few weeks earlier with the remote starter. Another BEST BUY flub up. ( I'll never go there again for anything that has to be wired in my cars). I will certainly come back to Mach 1 where I know it will get done right. Oh, and he didn't even charge me for the service since I was already in a few weeks earlier. How impressive!!! Thank you. I highly recommend this place.\r \r Went back to mach 1 to have something looked at that I thought wasn't working right. Dan, again, resoddered all the wires just to make sure it was ok, and I also had him install a switch or relay, I don't know which one, so my rear hatch door would open with my remote. It works slick, and to my surprise he also hooked up a panic alarm which I didn't have before. He did that on his own and I just love it. I really can't say enough good things about this place and all the workers there, but people are foolish not to go there first for their remote starters, alarms and stereo needs. These guys are GREAT!!!! more

Terrible customer service and they charge for every little thing when they should just include it in their install and it made me mad that they sold me the opposite of what I was looking for and it was probably because I'm a girl and they figured I didn't know what I wanted so they sold me what ever or they didn't know because he was to busy talking like he knew everything and not listening to what I wanted not to mention they don't respect your property at all and you would think for the money you spend you would be in and out with your car the way you left it I thought wrong I was there way to long more

We have been in business for over 24 years and for those of you that have left us with a bad taste in your mouth we strongly apologize. had my car audio hooked up by them. they failed to hook up the sub properly to the amp causing the sub to blow. they refused to own up to their mistake. then they sold me another sub for twice the cost. bad buisness guys. more

Flawless install and helpful advice from installer. Time took longer than estimate by about twice as much. This crew is knowledgable at a reasonable price. Got the job done correctly unlike some places out there...cough best buy.. cough Pros: Clean install Cons: Took longer than estimated more

After service was performed on my vehicle, the car wreaked of smoke. Had to drive with the windows down in 15 degree weather to air it out. Very discourteous! more

The installation looks flawless, but the service left me not so happy. Not very friendly or explanatory. I was charged a $5 shop fee on top of everything. Why not put that in the install price? Pros: Nice products Cons: Bad Service more
