Service Call 2/5/2019

On time for an intermittent service problem. Since it was a warm day, couldn't identify the problem, but showed me the light sequence on the controller and circulation pump and the proper sequence so that I could collect key information during the next incident -- and therefore allow quick repair. Just what was needed in the situation. more

Excellent Customer Service 2/1/2019

Had a problem with our steam boiler. MacFarlane did an excellent job. We needed to replace our 37 yr old boiler and get a new one. On the coldest days in late Jan. they turned out to be incredibly responsive and helpful. Got us up and running with a new boiler within just two days and kept right on top of things until everything was done correctly. i especially want to thank John G. and Jimmy M for their hard work and dedication to doing things correctly, and courteously. more

Jimmy M did a great job when installing our new boiler. He was right on time, very confident and knowledgeable. Takes pride in his work and it shows! Did a great install. I would highly recommend MacFarlane Energy for any of your heating or A/C needs! more

Excellent Service 11/6/2018

Thomas and Kate performed the annual tune-up of my gas furnace and they did an excellent job. Thomas also replaced a missing cover from my HVAC lines and secured it well. more

A very satisfied, happy customer. Both the technician (Jon) and service rep (Joel) were all you'd hope for to perform your homes oil burner tune-up. Were very knowledgeable in explaining what was to be done along with providing their expertise regarding "the bleeding" of the radiators which they did and walked us through the process and the end results. We have been customers for several years and will continue to be because of the service they provide. more

Annual service was performed on 24 May 18. Tech was competent, efficient and courteous. Tech was right on time and service was completed and thorough in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for oil burner maintenance. more

Darren called and showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly..He was knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up after he was done. We were back to having hot water in no time at all! MacFarlane continues to provide great service when called upon. more

John G installed a new oil boiler and water heater and removed the old unit. He was the consummate professional . The work was done quickly , efficiently and very neatly . He was very patient and answered all our questions in a courteous and professional manner .
