I've been going to him for over 15 years and he's the most reliable, honest and knowledgeable serviceman that knows his stuff about vacuums. I remember back 10 years ago when I had invested in a newer type of plastic vacuum called "The Thunder" that was out and he said it was junk and he was right!! I had bought it to try to vacuum up my stairs since it would sit on the individual stair step and had a dispensable bucket. Not only was it junk but they've since gone out of business so it's tough for him to find the parts for it. If he can't find parts or can't fix it, he will tell you instead of wasting your time. I would recommend him highly to anyone and he's the only vacuum repairman that I let touch my vacuums. I only pray he never retires cause my house will really suffer! more
