Best SPA experience ever. I am a bit princessy and very critical. I also never do reviews- far too busy but this place makes me halt the brakes and have to let others know about this place so close to everyone (on main route off of 495). Laser? BEST and I have been to doctors' offices Price? Half of any doctor and SPA Professionalism? I would give 6s if I could. I go with my twins and this place is the best place everrrr. I got gift certificates for the holidays- they make them so cute. Best gift my daughters told me. It is affordable and so professional with satellite sites in other towns. I stumbled upon this gold mine accidentally and wished I had read someone's reviews a while ago and not have wasted my money and time with people who claim to be experts (AKA doctors) who are in it for the money and waste our time in waiting rooms with no bedside manner. Great gift for the hubby AND your SONS, too. more

Long Time Customer with Great Experiences with Mac Med! 11/30/2011

My daughter, friends and I have a five year long history wtih MacMed. We LOVE it! The spa is the best with all seasoned and knowledgable staff who offer the best advice, despite cost that is to your or their benefit. Especially love Brittany (R.I.P.) and Doreen but all other spa members are very attentive and great. Re: the spa: they are not always on time but they are so accomodating that this works in your favor sometimes if you have add on's during a scheduled appointment. Plenty of room, ambiance and decor in the spa (music could be better). As for the hair salon... the staff there have another attitude. They work too closely together, have an entitled attitude and are sometimes too rushed to upsell or handle last minute requests. However, they try to be friendly and approachable, just not the same as the spa. Still love this place! more

I had a facial with Julie and left looking and feeling fabulous. Both my mom and boyfriend couldn't believe how glowing my skin was. I usually have visable pores around my nose, and you couldn't even see them afterwards. My fine lines are softer and my face looks five years younger. Love it! more

Excellent Laser Hair Removal at Mac Med Spa 1/2/2011

I live near Hopedale and work in Framingham, so I have gone to both locations for laser hair removal. I've experienced excellent service at both and even more excellent results. I've been previously treated elsewhere, and all were a waste of money - the hair removal was NOT permanent. After trying Mac Med Spa, I am pleased that my hair is permanently gone. more

I just had the most wonderful experience at Mac Med Spa & Salon. From the beginning I was treated like royalty by the owner Debbie and then by the doctors. Debbie returned my call immediately and was very very nice and genuine. Debbie was very thorough on explaining the entire procedure to me over the phone and she even offered for me to just meet the doctors. I was impressed because she said "they are wonderful doctors just to come in and meet them, even if you never have the procedure done". The procedure worked in well with my scheduled time, there was no pain,and I have no scars!!! I was back to work within 48 hours and I would recommend this procedure from this location to anyone!! Very pleased. I also recommend makeup with Mirela (what talent) and have her also do the Brazilian Chocolate Keratin Treatment in your hair. It smooths, straightens fo about 3-4 months and gives shine like no other product does (straight from Brazil by the way), with the lucious aroma of chocolate and c more

Worst laser lipo experience ever! 11/17/2010

I had a very dissappointing experience at Mac Med Spa. I paid a TON of money to have laser lipo procedure done with a terrible outcome. I had a tremendous amount of pain and swelling after. I had difficulties with recovery, swollen to the point of wearing sweat pants for 6 wks after procedure. I had bad infections. When I returned to insist on a follow up with Debbie and the doctors they were "shocked" with what I was telling them. According to them- they had "never" seen anything like that in all the procedures they had done. Can't believe that! The owner wouldn't do anything to compansate. She only said "talk to the doctors" Now, it's 6 month later and no one would ever quess I paid to have laser lipo. There is NO difference in the area that was worked on. With the exception of the scars that I have. \r Will NEVER return to Mac Med Spa for any services. I feel they owes me a full refund. Now, the owner Debbie doens't take my calls. Just had a moment and felt the need to share my recent experience at Mac Med Spa. I saw there ad in the clipper magazine for a new procedure (smart lipo) and gave them a call. I spoke with a very nice young lady who gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable enough to schedule my free consultation with the doctor. more

To call MacMed a Spa takes a stretch of the imagination. However, there is a wide-range of services and if you can find a place to park on busy weekends, there is a service to meet your needs. The over zealous use of accessories in each of the buildings in Milford make you think you're at Disneyland. There are some very competent people and there are usually coupons available. more

Delightful Experience! 12/4/2009

Absolutely immaculate Spa. Brittany was wonderful. She is completely opposite of anything written. Actually I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, very calming and made my appointment relaxing so much so I booked another appointment with her before leaving. The staff can't do enough to make you comfortable and relaxed. They are no more expensive than any other spa offering superb services. This Spa is heaven! Now I don't need to go to Boston or anywhere else since I found this upscale, professional, Spa with cutting edge services in my area code! Give yourself a holiday present and make an appointment at Medmac - you'll be very impressed too! more

Hopedale location needs improvement. Went in for a microderm only to be told machine not working. They did give me another procedure for less money. However, it was not what I really wanted and definately not relaxing - no music in room (left in room with mask on to the sound of a ticking clock). Eyebrow waxing also needs improvement. I would give mac med another try, but would not go back to this location - very disappointing! more

Relaxing Experience 5/14/2008

As a busy professional and homemaker I look forward to my visits to Mac Med Spa. I frequent the salon for regular manicure and pedicures and monthly for my hair. Everyone is wonderful! I enjoy relaxing with a cup of coffee and snack that they provide while I get my services. I also go to the spa for my monthly massage which is heaven. I encourage everyone to give them a try! more

MacMed is top notch, I go there for everything and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be spoiled! I have friends that come from Cape Cod to go there. The owner does everything she can to please the clients that come in there, the staff is wonderful. more
