McDonald Eye care is great. Using a computer sometimes upwards of 12 hours a day, in addition also post Lasik . I have an office that can get very sunny. They understood my unique problem had helped with the right prescription, lenses and frame. This has improved my work life considerably. more

Stopped by on my lunch break and they fit me in as a walk-in. I can't say enough about Doctor Jalota, very friendly and very professional. Robert is outstanding with the glasses, I learned a lot more than I ever have at other offices. This is a definite recommendation for anyone that works near Fairfax Hospital! more

They have a pretty decent selection. I tend to have slightly expensive taste.. go figure.. They carry Docle Gabbana, Gucci, Georgio Armani, Kenneth Cole, and many more.. The prices are very nice. I have actually compared them to the prices of the same glasses and they are always competitive. I would strongly urge all of you to go here and get your glasses done. more

Located on the 2nd floor of Ballston Common Mall outside of Macy's, her office is very convenient for people riding Metro. We spoke a great deal about my eyes and what the problem could be. As it turns out she recommended that I hold off on getting glasses. Her consult was honest, she was very knowledgeable and we connected. I appreciate doctors who are not out to improve their own situation, but rather are there for you. (As it should be, but that doesn't always happen!) She demonstrated compassion and she understood the worries that I have about losing what was once 20/20 vision. I appreciated that beause I dreaded this appointment and I was convinced I'd end up forking out a lot of money to find out nothing about why my vision is changing. I'm thankful I went! more

Nice practice, prompt check in, doctor uses what seems to be pretty up to date equiptment, the picture of the inside of my eye and how he explained it to me was cool more
