'We moved a number of times in the last 20 years and this last time, we had to contact the New York state attorney general to attempt to get some action, There was not a piece of furniture left undamaged, There were several boxes missing and never located. Our beautiful and expensive 3 year old chandelier was put in a chandelier box too short for the piece and rested on itself in their storage place. When it was opened the finial was ground down to almost nothing. Our sofa had to given to the Salvation Army. Our baker's rack went the same route. Our antique mirror was broken at the bottom, our year old pillow topped mattressed was dragged along the road to their truck, our new victorian metal bed was scratched beyond belief and this is only the beginning. I could write a novel in this box and I would only make a wrinkle in what went on, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, And make sure they are not sub agents for a major company.
