Sakana Bune is a great place to get good sushi, as long as you know the best time to go, and aren't timid about ordering from the sushi chefs behind the counter. At off times, like in the early afternoon or late on week day evenings, the selection of sushi dwindles to the ordinary, less-inspired fare. At the peak times, such as weekend evenings, there are often lines to contend with, but have the most fresh sushi in circulation. I would recommend trying to go close to opening time on weekend evenings. Try the honey walnut roll! Oh, and the rivers the sushi boats travel on are a nice accent to the minimal decor.
Pros: tasty sushi
Cons: , can get pricey
