Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting

These guys are crooks, I cant be any more direct than that. They do inferior work, and will not make it right. Even though they would not fix my car correctly, they insisted on adding for work I did not authorize and being paid for it. Their bid for the work I specified was $625. The did not do all the work that was bargained for, but instead added additional charges for "prep" without getting They would not deliver the car to me until I paid their trumped up charges... literaly holding me hostage until I paid their ransom. Quinton is main culprit, but owner backs him in his thievery. STAY AWAY!!!!! more

This guys were amazing. I took tons of photos of the process as this is grandpa's old truck and i wanted to show the rebuild process. They were patient and did amazing work!!!! more

Update: The clear coat still did not hold to the vehicle and there is still rust at original spot, Their work just did not last. I am not sure if its just a hard spot to fix or what. I don't want to be mean or vindictive, but this is not my first disappointment from them. (they oversprayed my dad's truck) like everything in life you get what you pay for. Pros: friendly, understanding Cons: we all need to do better more

Update! First, I made an error, I paid $154.00 insted of over 200.00, but the rest I stand by. After I made a complaint to the main brach I was immediatly contacted by the main brach of Maaco and was told to take the car back in, so I did. It was repainted, but once again the rust came back. However, I will admit this is a tough spot to fix (drip rail), so I will be patient. I went back in today and they were more than happy to try and fix the problem free of charge as before, l am looking forward positively to see the results. This whole complaint is about customer service, I was treated with little concern (even though I expressed distain about the work) until I wrote the review and contacted the main branch. It seems like they recieved the message and are trying to fix the proble. Previous review ! Go some where else! I paid them to clear off a small rust spot and repaint the area ( no bigger than a quarter). I picked up the car, within a couple months the paint bubbled off more
