Worst company I have ever dealt with, I would never recommend anyone here. Over charged for what little work they don't know how to carry out. Nothing was done right. Beware and save your money and go some where else. more

Stay Away From These Guys! 12/28/2011

Stay away from this place if your smart! We spent $143 and they failed to fix my mother's BMW. When it died on the way from their shop they said they'd come and get it and tow it to her home. They came and smashed her rear glass and then left the car there. It was towed the next day by 7-11 at a cost of $420! It will cost $300 to repair the rear glass! These guys are not only morons, they are scumbags of the first degree more

free nowadays? 7/27/2011

My front light was out on my Mercedes last time i had went to the dealership and it cost me a pretty penny at over $100.00. I was told about Gramley's from a good friend, so i stopped by to have my light replaced and they sure did it, in about 20 minutes and didn't charge me anything! I said are you sure i mean that's insane, he said we'd rather have a long time customer than the few bucks! Well you got it Gramley's i'm a fan for life! more

Woman trusted auto repair 7/13/2011

WOMAN, searching for a reliable auto repair shop, I found it! It's owned by a woman and Its wonderful. Had to get my beeper repaired was very worried as woman seem to get taken advantage of alot, but i tried Gramleys and found vit to be great! Iwas in the waiting room waiting to hear the news on my car reading new fresh magazines, when a super sweet man, Frank came in to take me out to my mechanic and show me my problem, wow! I met Fred who treated me with the up most respect and was a true gentleman himself. To my delight the cost was lower than any shop in the area and i was given my AAA discount. Ifound my new shop i know i can trust Gramleys what a great experiance! more

Superior car repairs 7/12/2011

Gramleys is the top in auto repair by far. I am not a resident im only here 3 months a year and have never been let down. They go all the way out to please me each time knowing im here only a few months dosent matter to them, they are in it to create a customer for life not for a 1 time show. My little Healy loves the place, as do i. If your looking for repair you too can trust local, vistor, or Canadian this is your shop. They also had my radio done for me , they do it all, just ask for Frank he's the man!!!! more

st.petersburgs best auto repair 7/8/2011

i've been going to Gramleys now for 10 years, even my kids go there now! i'm very happy that although its now owned by Bills daughter and son in law, my favorite service crew is still on board. Frank, Dennis,Fred,And Werner are all still there. I've been told by Dennis and Frank themselfs its never been in better hands , i trust that and saw for myself just how wonderful Brant and Jeniffer are. I can say that the rates are even lower than before and now theres all kinds of goodies. nice addition. more

saved my car 7/8/2011

Gramleys, now owned by Brent and Jennifer Gramley-Brown, that's the 1st amazing thing that has happened. the 2nd is i had water in my intake almost lost my engine thanks to this crew my car was saved and fixed very cost efficiently. Fred is the best Bmw tech anywere, and i really feel comfortable when i come here and they show me whats being done and what needs to be done, there's none of that oh for insurance you cant come see crap, they show you everything. cleanest place around too. candy out, coffee fresh, and very nice loyal people. There not there for a quick buch they've been there 25 years there there for the long term customer. more

Avoid this place! 6/22/2011

This is the worst place to take your car, I took it there for a simple problem. The service advisory people there are great but the office people are very rude and talk to you as your stupid. The estimate they gave me was a little more then the dealership I took it to in the first place. I would suggest just taking your car some where else. I will never give them the time of the day again. I warn you to stay away at all possible cost. more

if your looking for a reliable auto repair here it is! gramleys auto. i only been a customer for 2 years but it didnt take me long to figure out i love this place. my bills are lower than the dealership and you get way more personal care. i was given a ride home and had my car delivered when it was done, now who else is gonna do that for free? more

i have to say i agree with the previous customer. Gramleys auto is #1 in service. they are the best around. i bring my bmw there and my wife takes her toyota there. we have yet to ever be disapointed in either of are mechanics. the team there is very knowledgeable and everyones willing to help you anyway they can. more

i bring all my vehicals to gramleys and i feel comfortable knowing i will not be taken advantage of. this is the best repair place by far . they will pick you up drop you off. deliver your car, whatever you need there at your service. and with great prices and mechanics that specialize in there repair your sure to just as pleased as i am. more
