To be perfectly honest, I was a bit reluctant to bring my car here due to horror stories about "chain" companies. I was always taught to support your local "Ma and Pa" shop that are privately owned. But much to my surprise, those very same businesses either gave me ridiculous quotes, either too high or too low (yes, too low, as it made me worry about the work they would [or wouldn't] perform); or these businesses just wouldn't even bother getting back with me. Sad! But, Maaco's gain because they gave me a response almost immediately and said that Nic would be in that Friday to help me, which happened to be the day after Thanksgiving. Already, I was pleasantly surprised over something so simple. Where they could have closed their business for a long holiday weekend, they didn't. Because I own a release series car, I was very concerned about color matching, if the bumper could be fixed and if there were any other damages. Nic made me feel completely at ease and it was also nice to hear that everything would be done with confidence. In addition to, I didn't feel like I was JUST a customer because even after I collected all of the information I needed, he got to know me on a personal level. In my opinion, that's going the distance when you don't make someone feel like a walking checkbook. In any case, Nic got the ball rolling that same day. I left my car there and he actually took me home which was another gold star. It took about a week for all of the parts to get in and for them to paint it. Nearly every day he called me with updates. Everything they did, from start to finish, meant so much and left me incredibly happy! I am so very glad I went there! The end result was as if my little bumper incident never even happened. I definitely recommend them and would totally go back (but hopefully I won't have to). more

I brought in my 1992 Toyota Celica after my neighbor's car put a dent into my drivers door. I got the insurance money and I spent the extra couple hundred dollars to get the whole thing painted! They fixed all the flaws... They sanded the bumpers for me since I've ran into a few things... The car was BEAUTIFUL! I didn't know a 20 year old could look so good! I picked up the car on a Tuesday and on Friday night I hit a deer... So, I brought her back in and got a great estimate to fix the bumper and paint my new fender my dad had installed. Just 2 days and they called me to say she was finished. I'm extremely satisfied and the car looks fabulous. Great people there! Great prices. When you go in, ask for Nick. He's the man. more

I needed to have the door on my 325i BMW painted. The color was titanium silver and difficult to color match.\r Maaco worked with me and did a great job of painting and color match! I had a fabulous experience with Maaco Bremerton. Not only were the people exceptionally nice and friendly, but they did a fantastic job repairing my crushed back quarter panel and bumper in three days, faster than they said it could take, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I went into this business with a little trepidation after reading some of the testimonials about the Maaco Co in general. I had a bit of a preconceived notion of what to expect. I brought my wife?s 95 Saturn SLT to be repainted. The atmosphere was very professional and they handled what amounted to a skeptical customer with professional grace. I went in with a half off coupon for a basic paint job (500.00 reduced to 250.00) and they honored that of course. It was ready when they said it would be and the tech even threw in a few extras. I have had it back now for about 3 days and have had a chance to look it over more thoroughly, the Job is flawless. Wow! I read some of these reveiws and was blown away by some of the customers responses. I decided to go in and see what kind of shop this was because I had heard from people that I have talked to that they were great! What I found out was Maaco gave me choices! I had gotten another estimate to make sure I wasn't getting cheated or dealing with "drug addicts" via some other review. And that guy was way off. Hey let me choose how to take care of my repair, giving me a insurance est. and a budget repair. I choose the cheeper of the two and i couldn't notice any difference. They saved me almost a 1000.00 dollars and got the car back to me fast. I think anyone who dosen't get an estimate from them is not only crazy but going to pay allot more money. I wouln't be suprised that the other people that wrote reviews work for bodyshops in the area trying to detour customers from going in and getting a estimate that beats there's!! more

Great price, great service, excellent work! I dropped my truck off for body damage repair and a new paint job on Monday morning and picked it up Thursday afternoon. I was amazed that they could do the amount of work that needed to be done that quickly AND still produce high quality results. It's not often you get a quick turn-around and high quality at a low cost. I did and they exceeded my expectations. Their estimate beat my local body shop's estimate by $400 and that was just for repairing the damage to the truck and did not include a new paint job. Their staff are courteous and professional. I am very attached to my truck and when I picked it up and saw the results, I was blown away! And I'm quite picky and a tad OCD! I definitely will recommend them to friends and colleagues. I have to strongly disagree with the two negative reviews previously given if they were speaking of the Maaco in Bremerton, WA. I had a wonderful experience from the professional staff. They were courteous and friendly immediately as I walk through their door. The prices were unbeatable in this market area for bodywork and paint services and my car looks great! They handled my insurance issues and all went very smoothly. They are customer friendly and were there to help me get the best deal. Dropped off a car to be painted, it started out to be a great experience... they gave me a fair quote and everything was great... until I the day I picked up the car and was presented a completely new quote along with a jacked up price. You could say I was cheated. I would NEVER go back there again and I've told all my friends about the experience... it's too bad, I thought they were good guys. If there was such thing as a negative rating... I would rate them that. more
