My wife and I have been working out at MVP Training Studio for over a year, and we see a significant difference in our weight and health. We go three times a week for personal training. We love working with Mark. He accommodates our schedule. He challenges us. He puts together a workout everyday, and we just do what he tells us to do. He switches the workouts up each week.
