The customer service at MSA Moving Company is hands down excellent. After a very stressful week of trying to coordinate a move-in date, confirm a leasing agreement--the company was there and supportive every step of the way! Thanks to Erick and his efforts in making sure we were satisfied with our moving arrangements, we will undoubtedly recommend this company to anyone about to make their own move in San Francisco. I just wanted to thank you for their service for my move yesterday and pay high compliments to the crew. They were great - very courteous, polite and hardworking. They did a great job and wasted no time. They were there 15 minutes early and went right to work. Between your last minute availibility and their service I will definately use this company for my next move and will refer you guys to others more
