Emergency Service 6/18/2018

Service was prompt and professionally completed in a timely manner. Our Service tech. was knowledgeable about our equipment and identified the problem without haste and had us up and running in no time. His expertise and professionalism prompted us to enroll in the service agreement and discharge our previous company. more

Extremely pleased 4/27/2018

The group of Kenny,Eric t,chase and Jeff were all very friendly and appeared to be trustworthy as I left the house a couple times without fear. They cleaned after they finished.they were polite and respectful. Refreshing to know these values are important when supplying this type of service. more

Jeff Nation's evaluation 12/9/2017

Jeff was on time. He was here when he said he'd be. He even called and said he could come early. He explained exactly what was wrong. He informed us of the cost before he proceeded. He gave us a choice of thermostats. He set the thermostat, and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. He left everything clean, and was polite and courteous. more

Service call- Furnace not working 12/1/2017

Jeff nation did a thorough and comprehensive check of a furnace that had stopped working. He diagnosed and fixed the problem at minimal cost. Also called the manufacturer, waited on their help desk, and got their opinion on how to prevent this happening in the future. Pleasant conversation and obviously knowledgeable about his job. more
