Labor Rates: On-Site: $145 per hr On-Site (Inside Beltway): $170 per hr On-Site (DC/MD): $200 per hr Drop-Off (Manassas): $100 per hr (desktop size only) Included with every service call: 20-Point Premier Service Inspection Cleaning, Inspection & Diagnosis of any current or future problems No Charge for Travel Estimate Included for any necessary parts All Makes and Models (HP, Xerox, Canon, Toshiba, Konica, Brother, Sharp, Kyocera, Etc.) 1 Hour Minimum (most service calls can be completed in 1 hr or less) Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX Sales Service and Supplies: New & Refurbished Equipment Lease & Rental Programs Maintenance & Supply Agreement All Inclusive Complete Customer Care Plan (equipment, on-site service and all supplies for one low fixed monthly payment)
