Sardines! That is what I felt like! Old worn studio and equipment.

Balboa Pilates located on the Peninsula, and Island Pilates located on Balboa Island have it all. Great program, awesome trainers, organized and clean. They just added Activecore, a training program originally from Norway referred to as controlled instability. I tried it and I have never felt my body work with every muscle like this. YOU CANNOT CHEAT. Pros: Best functional Pilates Program more

This studio has the best Stott equipment including the newest V2max reformers. It is clean and airy and the energy is serious pilates. Check out the new affordable pilates program recently implemented and learn to work yourself out in between your sessions. The instructors there teach you how to learn rather than just tell you what to do. Get results right away with this functional program. LOVE THIS STUDIO SMALL AND NICE!! CLASSES ARE AWESOME TRAINERS ARE STRONG!! THEY ALSO HAVE ANOTHER STUDIO ACROSS THE FERRY NEAR THE FUN ZONE. MUCH BIGGER ALOT MORE CLASSES AND FUN!! LOVE THE TRAINERS THERE ALSO! THE OWNER AND HER DAUGHTER ARE SO SWEET! FIT ME RIGHT IN! AND MY FRIENDS LOVE IT THERE TOO!! OUR FAVORITE STUDIO'S IN NEWPORT!!   • MLN Studio was born in South of France The first studio of Pilates Suspension Method (PSM®?) and training program. As wife & husband but also associates Nick and Lydie opened MLN in the middle of the covid period and it was a successful fitness studio Together they were able to supply their customers with a comprehensive set of coaching, training and nutrition tools and techniques. They successfully achieve their health and functional fitness personal objectives. But their goal was bigger ! MLN studio is at his beginning. They create MLN app! Courses & training online for their French people and moved in California with their little son & dog to bring in Balboa Island their business. Spread their new brand in Orange County.
