The food is great and Im a mexican so I can tell you that yes go here because its pretty authentic tasting. And the service is great they checked on us the perfect amount not to much to be annoyed and enough to if you need something they come around. So in a few words, go here if you like MEXICAN and their food. Pros: great atmosphere more

My first City Search review...I love Mexican food, and Mi Tierra is my go-to spot! I often come for lunch and have no problem enjoying a good meal on the lunch hour. Their lunch menu is less expensive than the main entres, so that helps the bill. If you're on the go, their boxes are sturdy foil tins, so the food seams to travel OK. They are friendly, not too fussy, but still keep the refills and chips/salsa coming. I've tried a few of the combos and the more authentic entres, both selections are great...I prefer their Mole over other restaurants'. A mix of tables and booths with lots of seating on two levels. The bar is usually quiet...my husband and I were offered seating in the bar when the dining room was full; it was a nice experience with decent service. Pros: Great Mexican ""comfort"" food! Cons: The parking lot can be a little tight...but we always find parking. more

This is the best Mexican restaurant we've ever been to. So good in fact, we go atleast once a week. Their chicken fajitas are excellent, and big enough to share. The staff is great, they remember our names, and know our favorite dishes and drinks every time we come in. If you like Mexican food, especially with great flavor, this place is a must. The word ""wonderful"" doesn't beging to describe how my husband and I feel about Mi Tierra's.!!! The service and food has always been great. They know what we like, ( we got here that often) and now that we have the baby, they always make a ""fuss"" over her. The feeling is that of family. The wait staff are quick to serve and pleasant. We love it there. more

Of all the restaurants in Monroe, we patronize Mi Tierra every time (former residents)!! They wait on you very quickly and always with a friendly smile and if you're lucky enough to go there often, they just may remember you and your favorite item on the menu! The food is the best Mexican in all of Seattle in our opinion because it is very authentic (awesome salsas), very fresh, and thankfully they don't load up every meal with a ton of salt so that makes everything very tasty! Their prices make it a great value, and the restaurant is very clean and has a warm ambience. Pros: Great Authentic Food, Fast/Friendly Waiters, Good Value more
