I won't even give them a rating, as they do not even deserve one star. I am writing for my mother who lives on a block that MGC Landscaping came to, to clean leaves. Turns out that they just push leaves on the neighbors lawns and then also blow them in the middle of the street and don't pick them up and leave, or just push them in front of a neighbors house, so the person who paid them to be out there is happy. more

COMPANY POSTS ILLEGAL SIGNAGE 4/1/2011

Your business posted an illegal sign at the intersection of E Berks Street and Memphis St. Your business has been identified as violating Philadelphia Code Chapter 10-1200, as amended, fixes responsibility for illegal signage code enforcement with the Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I). The Code prohibits the posting of commercial signs to streetlight and utility poles. Any person responsible for posting of an illegal sign shall be liable for the cost incurred to remove the sign and a penalty of $75. The Code also mentions that the potential penalty for a violation is a fine up to $300 per violation. more

Absolute crap fire wood. 2/9/2011

I ordered a cord from them last year and it was 'ok' so I tried someone different, but this year my normal supplier couldn't make the run in time so I ordered a cord from them again and it's absolute shite. It's short for a cord, it's soaked through, covered in black ice and rat droppings. It's mostly odd chunks too. I tried calling them about it but never heard back. Would not do business with them again. more

dishonest 1/20/2010

i payed them to deliver a chord and a half of firewood to my house. after stacking and measuring it it was only a chord. i called them several times to resolve the issue and they won't even call me back. Cons: dishonest more
