Extremely Poor business to deal with! Unprofessional and the Sales rep threw a fit because I needed a day to get my funds together, too bad for the company they lost out and I gained from an unprofessional salesman that don't have any sales skills let alone people skills. more

Horrible, Late and rude 8/13/2011

You cannot even depend on these guys to arrive to an estimate on time. If they can't even get this right how do you expect them to be when it comes time to put on a new roof. Let alone after arriving late the guy became extremely irrate because we had other things to do so we couldn't stay much longer. He wouldn't even leave an estimate. Not a company you want to do business with unless you need a way to make an insurance claim because I am sure there roofs fall apart. more

Investing in a new roof can be a big expense especially when you decide to choose MGA Roofing. \r Before you sign their contract, you'll want to make sure you have done your homework! MGA Roofing has failed to comply with their end of the contract, provided horrible customer service, and lousy workmanship. They have failed to take the initial step to fix their prior mistake. ""MGA is happy to consider your needs when working with your home.""...only if you're ready to spend more money. Do Not Use This Company To Roof Your House 6/20/2008

Cheap price, low quality. Customer service is abysmal. They make promises they don't keep. Beware especially of Adam, service manager, and Chris, the sales rep. They will tell you all sorts of great things, but they never come true. Flashing was not installed in some areas, shingles are curling in others. Repeated calls to the company are ignored or visits to check on the problem are made, but the people never show up. Pay more money and use a different company. Power vents were installed that run 12 to 16 hours a day, the noise is horrendous!!! DO NOT USE MGA ROOFING!!!! You will be sorry if you do!!!! more

Poor workmanship and aesthetics 4/26/2006

These guys removed some damaged wood from my roof in the form of 1 x8 plankboard. They replaced it with 1X6 plankboard leaving gaps in the roof all over. A lot of the nails dont even go into the wood now. Every valley looks different because a different guy did each one. Areas of my ridge vent are mot nailed down because the cut the wood back too far. Do not recommend these people. Pros: reasonable, on time, cleaned up Cons: poor quality, not prepared more
