Groupon Buyer Beware for this business! I purchased a $75 Groupon from M&G Customs - Gwynns Falls for "window tinting on a four-door car, valid for up to five windows and a service time of 1.5 hours." First, let me tell you what neither M&G nor Groupon tell you in their advertisement. Your only options for tint are 50%, 40%, or 35%. If you want an "upgrade" as the "receptionist" calls it for a different percentage of tint, it will cost you $25. Second, I had a scheduled appointment from 1430-1600 (1.5 hours); however, I was informed upon arrival that it would take about 2 hours. 2 hours later when my car wasn't finished, I inquired about the wait and was told, "the tinter had to leave to pick up his kids from camp and it would be another hour." Third, the tint only comes with a 2-year warranty. Lastly, the tinter(s) (most likely while measuring the tint on the outside of the glass) sliced the rubber molding outside my window leaving missing chunks of rubber. I'm going to the dealership tomorrow to find out how much it will cost to redo the rubber molding and then I'm going to M&G with the price tag. One more thing, the tint has scratches and bubbles.
