I saw their commercial and called them out when our heater was blowing cold air. Within 5 minutes of the tech being here he was pitching a replacement of the whole system for 10-12K. I declined and paid them $250.00 to refill the freon which worked for a few hours then it ran cold again. I called another company to come out who found a disconnected low-voltage wire which they fixed for $105.00. Wish I would have called them first more
