Having never been to this restaurant, I telephoned to call about wheelchair accessibility. The owner yelled at me when I asked specific questions about whether or not the bathrooms there are wheelchair accessible. He called me a troublemaker and told me not to come to his restaurant. more

Will not honor gift certificates over a year! 11/14/2008

Our family paided $100.00 to Mealey's for a gift certificate and we were out of state for over a year. when we called on November 14, 2008 to see if they would honor the gift certificate for the money already paided to them, they said no. It is shameful that they would take someone's money and give nothing in return. We will tell all of our family and friends. We were going to bring friends with us and would have spent more than $100.00, so they actually lost money. more

Bad since new owner 10/27/2008

Mealey's used to be my fave restaurant, but not since the new owner took over. The service is poor, quality has gone down and the owner doesn't seem to care. When we mentioned to him that things didn't seem up to par, he basically said that he didn't care if we did not come back. I would prefer to eat someplace where I feel like the owners care about how they run their business and this is not that place. more
