I love this restaurant. My family went there for Easter brunch and the buffet was great and the price was even better. We got a really nice private room in the back and the service was so great. two thumbs up for this place. Good food, Great decor and very accommodating services. more

From Boston and never have seen a lobster roll out here.. it tasted like home. I feel maybe even better. I asked the chef and the have a east coast company who delivers the bread. best ever had. more

Can't say enough about this place 5/18/2009

I saw the biggest burger in my live called the 521 burger. They named it that because Willie McCovey made 521 homeruns. So my family ordered it, one word... WOW!!! more

They Have a Top Chef 5/13/2009

I saw the chef who works on all their other restaurants like Bings, Joes, and Maria Maria working on new menu items - they always are looking to be better. Pros: TV's at the bar Cons: Crowded Sometimes more

A Review From a McCoveys Regular 4/27/2009

My familys favorite restaurant by a long shot. We eat there all the time. Great atmosphere for kids and a family friendly restaurant to boot. We're regulars and have been for 2 years now. When I thought my kids would never see their favorite person Shazzam who is a manger at mccoveys. He was there for years, then all of a sudden we never saw him again. Just the other night he appeared. Great job McCoveys on bringing him back. That guy is a legend. more

Ribs That Fall Off The Bone 4/16/2009

Had my cousins birthday party there. He loves sports restaurants so we decided on McCovey's. The place is off the hook. Kids get a great menu selection. I had the ribs and they were unbelievable. Saw the biggest burger in my life there. I took a picture of it. Lots of nice sports stuff on the walls, plenty to look at. I'm gonna come back and watch a game or two there. I like this place alot. Nice sports bar/ place to watch a game. 8/25/2005

Just don't eat the food. I live nearby and have been a few times. I tried the food twice and was very disappointed both times. Most of the people I know won't go back, and say the reason is the food is terrible. I had the Catfish sandwich and the Rueben. Both items were dry, not very warm and over all not appealing. It is a great place to go if you are going to watch a game or just grab a beer. Nice atmosphere, tv's, cold beer, etc. Pros: atmosphere, tv viewing Cons: food more
