Very Happy and pleased 11/16/2010

I found MC's cleaning service to be prompt, professional, and detailed to my liking. They came into my house in a courteous manner and did what I asked and even above what I expected. My house not only looked clean, it ""felt"" clean. I am particularly happy with their fine detail work and professionalism. I felt like for the job and service the price was fair. After their initial visit, I knew I trusted this group. more

2 No Shows 11/10/2010

Based upon the reviews we had to try MC Cleaning. Unfortunately, they no showed twice on me cause we could not agree on price. Not going to wait for the third time. Good luck guys. more

Efficient, reliable, professional 11/2/2010

All I know is that once a month I go to work and when I come home, the house is cleaner that I thought possible. They have missed only 2 appointments so far this year but they always make it up to us and work hard to always keep our satisfaction. more

BEST I'VE HAD YET 11/2/2010

I have been with MC Cleaning now for 4 years They have been consistent, no-nonsense, friendly and trustworthy. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and my house is always spotless when they are done. they even provide professional carpet cleaning in their service which i find very convenient due to pet stains. I've never found it necessary to suggest or complain about anything. They are always on top of it! I highly recommend MC Cleaning Service, it's a luxury I reward myself with and I suggest you do too you know you deserve it! more

A clean house is a happy house 10/27/2010

Our family returned from vacation the night before school started. We had a house sitter stay with our many furry friends while we were gone, and MC's came in to clean just before we returned. What a relief to straggle in with all our luggage, tired at the end of our trip, to find a sparkling AND clean-smelling house. No musty or doggy smells to contend with, no beds to make before we could unpack clothes, no stinky garbage! Just clean all around. Thank you MC Cleaning, for helping to make the transition from vacation to school a much smoother, easier, and happier one! more

I used MC for over two years and had to leave only because I moved to another state. The service provided by MC and her team was always top of the line. She is very focussed on providing excellent quality and costumer service, even proactive in asking for suggestions for improvement. I loved having the same team every time my place was cleaned and felt very comfortable leaving them in my home while I was at work. I would highly recommend MC's Cleaning Service to anybody seeking a residential cleaning service. more

I had company coming over and i was in jam with no time to clean. I had a mess that I was embarassed to even show them, but they turned it into a spotless house! They did amazing work, thank you. I would definitely recommend them as well as use them again for sure. more

We have a big house and were surprised at the level of detail this company showed with cleaning. The crew worked over 8hrs and would consistently show an attitude of determination in completing the job. Our home both look and smelled clean. We were extremely satisfied. more

More than what I expected :) 10/16/2010

This cleaning service made sure that we were happy with the job they gave us. I have not had good luck with other maids in this city thus far but they seem to have things in control. My major concerns were the bathrooms, which are all white subway tiles. The entire bathroom was scrubbed and disinfected. They even managed to remove most of the mold from the grout. Fred is very friendly and helped us step by step in setting up the service and he made sure our home was secure and taken care of. I also want to mention the baseboards looks great. I am very very astonished with the overall service and give them an A++. more

Thorough, Trustworthy, and Friendly Service 10/11/2010

The people of MC Cleaning are friendly, professional, and trustworthy. They come out to your home to do a detailed inspection and provide me with a quote for my 4000sqft home. They also arrive (promptly) at the time/date scheduled in addition to one of their cleaning staff. The service provided is thorough and detailed. My shower looked BRAND new when I arrived home and the stains that I'd tried tirelessly to remove from my electric stovetop had vanished. I am comfortable enough with this team to leave them in my home while I went to work. They made sure to ""lock up"" when they left and I never felt as though my valuables and personal information were in jeopardy. Overall, I would highly recommend MC Cleaning to friends and family! more
