Good: The person who done my hair was kind, as were the other staff members. The Studio was tidy and fresh at all times.. Bad: Hair dye left in my hair and on my face. Not too sure if it's customary to leave dye in a clients hair or not?. When I looked at my face in the mirror in my car I noticed dye on the side of my face and neck including my forehead. I tried to wipe it off with a baby wipe, got home tried rubbing alcohol..nothing worked... Improvements: For the hair to be completely rinsed of dye and for any dye on the skin to be wiped off. The dye stained my skin.. Other: Other than the mishap with the dye, I would like to rate MBS 5 stars for customer service and professionalism..
