I'm currently searching for a company to replace their unsatisfactory service. I manage a building they are contracted to clean and I routinely receive complaints that they are doing a lousy job - if the work gets done at all. There is a set task list for each day, which is rarely fulfilled. I kid you not, sometimes it seems like the floor is more sticky after they mop. (I actually had to tell one guy to use detergent when he mopped!) I go over issues with the workers, call the company, but the only thing that changes are the cleaning guys they send over. Its been a revolving door of incompetent cleaners who barely become familiar with the building before they leave. Save your money and look elsewhere.
