You had welded on an entire different quarter panel, including the tail light area. Yet, there was no visible sign of the repair, no matter how hard I looked! In the future if any...

You had welded on an entire different quarter panel, including the tail light area. Yet, there was no visible sign of the repair, no matter how hard I looked! In the future if anyone asks me where they should take their car for painting or body work, I can suggest Maaco with no hesitation! more

Just fixed up 7/11/2014

Just fixed up a minor dent in the passenger side of my Honda Civic. Its price compared to other auto repair shops is competitive not the mention fast service...they estimated my car to be repaired in three days...but they did it in less than two days. Plus, Maaco of Federal Way can suggest you a rent a car if you need a car to drive. more

Maaco had the best price by far of any other paint shop. They did a fabulous job and Chris the manager got me a great deal on a rental car for the two days my car was getting painted. I highly recommend this location! more

They have 6/24/2014

They have done 2 cars for me. One of them was done at another Maaco in Burien, which was a mess. They corrected it and now both of my vehicles are looking great! The staff is great also and ladies if you need someone to treat you fair, and then go to this Maaco they are great! more

I took my car 6/13/2014

I took my car in because I scraped the side of my car and the paint got all messed up and they did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I shopped around and went to at least 5 different auto body shops, and I got all kinds of crazy quotes with exaggerated work that needed to be done, but Maaco was no nonsense and very honest and did a beautiful job for a fraction of the cost that all the other places quoted me. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. more

Unfortunately, I had two recent no fault accidents and my experience at Maaco was the far better of the two shops. Shoan & Chris took the time to explain the differences between the paint services and what the quality would be for my dollar. They made me feel very comfortable with the process. The other shop was in a hurry and I felt rushed as well as I had to extend my rental because they delivered my car late, very late. I got my car back from Maaco on the day they said it would be ready! That was a big stress reliever! Hopefully, I won't have to go back for an accident, but I will definately recommend them to my friends. more
