Dealer was trying to charge me an arm and a leg for power steering pump. My car is over 7 years old and the pump still costs $433. Call up Matt and got the same part for $105 and free shipping. It arrived in 2 days I changed it myself and sent back the junk one. They gave $20 back for for it. I got you guys saved in my phone book, I will be back. more

I purchased a Rack and Pinion for my car and paid Garo rack and pinion (aka sam rack and pinion) but they sent me the wrong rack and pinion the first time. They then told me to to remove my car's rack and pinion so they can match it up and send me the right one. This time they sent me the right one but the part was bad and had a faulty motor so I returned the rack and asked for a refund and they made me run around for weeks saying it will be done. After 2 weeks and several phone calls they returned me only part of what I paid and said they will charge me $115 restocking fee even though it was their fault. They now have my old rack and pinion which I want back so I can repair it and use it and also my money. ***************Beware of this seller*********************************** Cons: They have bad customer service and bad business ethics. more

Had my Rack & pinion replaced, this guys where the cant lowest i found. was a little hummm at first ... but whet and i cant complain all they need is to serve me up a cold beer and they would have it all. Pros: price was lower than expected. Cons: no cold beer!! more
