This place is run by mafia. They lured my business with low quote and nice talk at the begining. Once they had my car in their hand, things changed. Promised 3 days job become 3 weeks. Our insurance company covered one week of car rental based on their estimation. Talked to owner Kevin, he refused to take responsiblity of their mess up. At the end, they changed their initial quote arbitarily and raise the bill by couple of hundred dollars. When disputed, they refused to talk. They held my car hostage, demanded us to pay up to their extortion before they would release my car. I have tried to contact Maaco's franchis HQ to resolve the issue, but they don't care. So the only resort left to me is to sue them. But it would be too much hassle. \r

The quality of work is also inferior. They did not assemble the parts back properly. The hiden wire is exposed. The rubber around the winshield is ripped off and not adhered. The paint is spotty and some area is unevenly painted.\r
