I took my hail damaged 2010 VW CC to Maaco. They were cheaper than Caliber Collision and Herbs Paint and were able to show me some of the work they did. They got the car done in less than a week and the car looks just like the day I bought it back in 2009! They provided me prompt service and certainly take pride in their work! Thanks again! more

Maaco in Denton have a great team of very skilled people. My husband and I are very happy with the body work and paint job they did on our car. They are very helpful and proud of showing their wok. You can visit their shop too just whenever without notice just to see the progress they are doing on our vehicle. Superb customer service! Very nice people! If i had to pick three words to describe this shop it would we deceitful, criminal, and relenting. Originally went in to have my car repainted because the paint was bad. Several weeks after the repaint, the paint on a section of my car started peeling again. The owner Russel lied about the cause of this damage so as to avoid having to cover it under Maaco's guarantee. After this lie his estimate on the repair jumped to five times what he originally said it would be. This shop does nothing but lie so as to take as much money and do as many repairs as they can get out of you. They may seem friendly but trust me, THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE AT ALL. Do not under any circumstances what so ever go to this shop unless you want to deal with the deceitful swindlers that work there. more

Stay Far away from this Maaco location! The owner Russle is very rude and deceitful. You will be treated right until they have your money then the lies begin and the shoddy work begins to show on your car. Russle has more excuses then one can imagine and his staff is very inexperienced except at misleading some poor customer into work they never provide. These businesses are independently owned and operated so corporate office can not help you. Do yourself a big favor and find a reputable body shop. Cons: Poor customer service and poor work that doesn't last. more
