I would give 0 STARS if I could. The businessman, Humayun Mughal, is a FRAUD. He charges people multiple times the amount he deserves, especially for minor changes such as changes in date of travel. I found this out the hard way by calling the airline myself and getting an exact detail of the the extra fines/charges I was charged after Mr. Mughal continuously gave me outrageous prices for changing my daughter’s flight. I believe he tried to take advantage of me by making much more money than he deserved during my difficult situation. This makes me greatly uncomfortable, and I am sure would make many others feel the same way. \r

He harassed me by calling/texting my phone multiple times (many times at late hours during the night) asking for money, and came to my house at early morning hours to threaten me that if I don't give him the money, he would cancel my daughter's flight, which had been changed to a different date. The only reason I was delaying my payment was because at this point I was aware of the discrepancy between what he told me my fine was and what the actual fine really was, which was significantly lower. After my wife told him that I had called the airline and was aware of the discrepancy, he had the nerve to tell her that I was not telling the truth. She ended up giving him the money via check because we could not afford my daughter's flight to be canceled, especially because she was already forced to spend more time overseas than she had originally intended. I seriously have never seen poorer customer service. I contacted him afterwards asking for a refund of the money I deserved, and he changed his story saying that the remainder of the money was his fee. He originally had stated his fee was $25. I may have let this slide, but people must be aware of this because I cannot imagine how many other people he rips off with his abusive and unprofessional tactics. This company is dishonest and not trustworthy. \r

He also did not give me proper instructions concerning visa requirements at the time of purchase, and when I faced difficulties, he blamed me for not knowing. He is the businessman and it is his job to inform me of all the requirements before I make the purchase. A pharmacist does not give the patient medication without warning them of the potential side effects. Similarly, it is his job to inform and guide me through the required steps needed to make a successful trip while I am making the purchase. \r

It blows my mind that such a travel agency is trusted and gives out packages for religious pilgrimages, including Hajj and Umrah. This agency is essentially ripping off people, many who have saved their entire lives to make this journey. Please be aware and do not do business with this agency. They will eat up your money, play the innocent card and act like they did nothing wrong, and then have the nerve to question your morals because you correctly accuse them of wrongly charging you.
