they do not deliver the product that is ordered. they think the consumer is not smart enough to know the difference. the owner he never calls anyone back or ever answer the phone. save yourself the headache more

I called to get a quote on Bruce engineered hardwood, and although their price was reasonable compared to the regular retail price, it wasn't the cheapest. I told the sales rep that Lowe's had it for almost 40% less then what they were asking and asked if they price matched. The sales rep somewhat rudely replied "Well, if it's so much cheaper, why are you even calling me?" I simply stated that I didn't KNOW it was cheaper until AFTER she told me what their price was, and that's why I called, to see if maybe they would be cheaper, and if not, to see if they would stay true to their "price match" guarantee. Apparently they don't, and she just said to buy it from Lowes. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice to go to a business that stood by it's guarantees for once. more
