We ate there tonight and one of the top buns had a quarter size spot of mold on it. The manager wouldn't even come out and check on it. Asked for a comp piece of cheesecake and they refused. Nothing was done. Received a phone call from Robert, Owner, and he apologized for what happened. He informed me that he had been out of town. He also dropped off a gift card for us to use on a follow-up visit. He was very professional in his approach. We're willing to give it another try. Received a phone call today 12/02/2006 from Melody, Owner's wife, informing me, quite rudely, that the owners were both in Pennsylvania that day. The person I was talking with was a waitress. Now the facts are straight. They remain that the bread was moldy and that nobody that was there that night cared. When Robert was notified, by letter, by me, he took good care of the problem. Apparently when you complain about this establishment, the female owner will wait a month or two, then chew you out for complaining. She didn't approach the phone call professionally, she was very snide during the call. Apparently the staff has been trained to handle complaints by her. That ultimately falls back on the ownership. And after receiving the call that I did, I can see why. Good luck Robert, we won't be back!
Pros: Some of the waitresses are very friendly
Cons: Female owner not professional, problems not fixed in a timely manner
