I rented from this property management company for the last year and they were great. Although I didn’t get all of my deposit back because it was for fair reasons, carpet cleaning as stipulated in the lease. I tried to find another home to rent from them but there just wasn’t anything in the area I am moving too sadly. I am departing a happy client to say the least. more

I spent a lot of time earning my way to a home and I was forced to find a management company since I needed to rent the home and find some additional income. Mo Wilson did just that. He has kept my unit full for a few years now and the rent keeps coming so I am happy. Mo has my need and best interest in mind. more

Very professional at all times. I was looking for a home to rent in VA and I found more than one home managed by this company that I was interested in. From the very first phone call I knew I was dealing with a great business. Needless to say, I ended up signing a lease for one of the homes and I am very happy with how things are going thus far! more

I bought my first home through Mo Wilson Properties and the agent was better than I imagined he would be. It was stressful, probably because it was my first time, and he was very professional and helped me through the whole process. He showed me only listings within my criteria, and he had a great understanding of all financial aspects of the deal. more
