I have always had great experiences at M&M since I have been going there the last few years. Whether it was in purchasing biking gear, a bike, getting repairs, or looking for information regarding bike trails in the area, Kevin the owner has always been helpful and very knowledgeable. If I needed to order something, Kevin always took the time to understand what I wanted and then let me know different options. He would also let me know as soon as it came. Nice place. Heard about M&M Two Wheelers through word of mouth from friends. Actually friends who trek across the city (Philadelphia) just because the place rocks. The owner, Kevin, is very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and a serious rider. Shop runs different group rides and is very welcoming-- even for newbies like myself. A+++ more

I'm writing this review based on the quality of customer service that i have received from this owner of M&M Two wheelers. Kevin is the guy who takes all of your questions and concerns at true value so that he can make sure you as the customer get the desired product or service that you were looking for when you decided to purchase a very first bike or to upgrade from what your currently riding. So if your ever out and about and thinking of getting behind a pair a of handle bars that will give you freedom to exercise your mind and muscle, then M&M would be the place I recommend. more

WHAT A GREAT BIKE SHOP! I bought a road bike from M & M TwoWheelers back in 2008 and have been a loyal customer ever since. Kevin?s patient, no-pressure approach is refreshing. I immediately felt like I was talking to a friend, not a salesman. He listened to my requirements, answered my many questions thoroughly and honestly, and guided me to a bike that was an excellent fit for my needs. \r \r I continue to return to M & M TwoWheelers for all my bike maintenance and accessories. I've bought bikes and bike parts from probably 30 different stores over the past 20 years. None better than M&M. Kevin is very personable and it is obvious right away how knowledgeable and customer oriented he is. You make be a sophisticated buyer or this may be your first purchase. In either case Kevin will take the time to understand what you need and get you what you want. more

I was shopping around all the local bike shops this spring and ended up buying from M&M. I was able to talk to the same guy each of the times I went with questions and to try the bikes. He was extremely helpful, explaining the different possibilities and options since I was not decided what I wanted going in. He took time to answer all my questions and show me how to adjust to different bikes. They mainly carry Jamis bikes. I was impressed with the quality of the bikes and interested that they are made locally - in New Jersey. I have been back to the shop for accessories and tune up. The bike has been a great investment. more
