The best thing about having had Cathy as my manager was her personal touch. She always returned phone calls ASAP, and her personality made it clear she was sincere about everything. If I ever need someone to provide that service again, I will definitely call M&M and will ask for Cathy, and I will certainly recommend her to my friends. more

My husband and I felt that you saw to it that matters were handled and you went above and beyond your call of duty.
