Ten out of five. 11/22/2013

I would definitely recommend MJ Flooring Center & Design. We had no problems at all, from the salesperson to the person who did the work. They came once to do carpet throughout the house and tile in my kitchen. The second time was for tile in the laundry room and bathroom. Both visits were excellent. more

Unexpectedly wonderful! 10/23/2013

I ordered my carpet a year ago in October in the middle of a remodel that got delayed for months. So I talked to them once a month and they actually held my carpet in their warehouse for almost a year with no problem. David, the person who sold me the carpet who is now retired, was wonderful. The installer, Rafael, and his group--I can't say enough good things about them. I had a wonderful experience and would buy from them again. MJ Flooring put in floor for me. I'm working with them to try and get to my fireplace covered with marble. I was pretty happy with the first job so I would use them again if needed. They did a good job. more

Satisfied with A-level work 9/23/2013

MJ Flooring Center & Design put in carpeting on both the stairway and upstairs flooring. They put a cork wood flooring in the bathroom and I'm very pleased with it. It looks very nice and unique. They put the hardwood downstairs and they had a little trouble matching the color but they came through. The customer service and workmanship was A-level work. I'm satisfied. Ernie Chambers more

I had hardwood throughout my whole house, and MJ Flooring Center & Design came to put in carpet. I have no complaints whatsoever! They cleaned everything up so well, and put down padding on my linoleum that made everything line up so I didn't have to pay more or wait longer for it all to be finished! more

The job was satisfactory, but you have to have a little bit of knowledge to make sure you've made the right choice. 7/1/2013

MJ Flooring Center & Design did a good job installing the flooring. I had problems with the baseboard and the trim on the flooring. They removed and replaced it, and now it's satisfactory. Overall, whatever happened had to happen the way it did. The first installers, who put down the base and moulding, tried to do a good job but just didn't have the wherewithal. The gentlemen that came out for the repair did a good job. more

They were fast and efficient. I called them and left a message, and someone got back to me later that day. By the end of the day we had an appointment set up, and by the end of the week it was finished. Their prices were very competitive. more

MJ Flooring Center and Design sold us carpet for a remodeled house. We got it all from one brand and in one color but we spent a lot of time in their store looking at all other flooring options. They were very accommodating, easy to deal with, and they delivered what we ordered on time! No complaints more

Good process but final product needs a seam fixed 5/23/2013

MJ Flooring Center & Design put in carpeting throughout our entire house and the problem I had was that a large seam has popped up in the living room twice. They have to come back out and re-stretch it. They did our carpet in two stages and when they came back for the second stage I asked them to re-stretch the popped up portion but he said it just needed to be tapped down and that wasn't the case. When they put the glue down there is glue residue on the floorboards I cannot get off. The installers sort of shrugged at me and didn't do anything. I would like to be called to get the seam fixed. All of the guys who came out were very nice, very polite, and worked very quickly. They did a good job of moving the furniture and they showed up on time. Joan McCaffrey more

MJ Flooring is the best! 1/31/2011

I just had my whole house done with MJ Flooring. What ever they are doing differenly they are doing right. I spent over 20k with them, and I never had any thoughts of turning back. I had read all the good and bad complaints online, but you never know until you go into a store and see for yourself. Just ask any of the helpful salesman and they will tell you everything you need to know. I have referred MJ Flooring to all my clients and family and friends. Don't believe everything online, just go see for yourself. more
