When Mark was first starting his own company, he built a kitchen for family members. It was a small job but it, along with all the other small jobs he did for other local residents, built his company. This is not to say Mark didn't deserve to grow and prosper. He delivers EXCELLENT service and quality workmanship; however, he seems to have forgotten all the little folks who helped make his company what it is. I truly had to hound Mark to get him to call me back the last couple of times I had a home remodeling job that needed to be done. I know of some older local residents who called Mark for help doing some remodeling when she became disabled. They have known Mark since he was a child and were really hurt when he didn't even bother to call back to find out what the job was. Even if he has grown too big to be bothered with the hassle of small jobs, he could be courteous enough to at least acknowledge the people who helped get him going.
