I have been in and out of Oak Creek a thousand times. It wasnt till this last week that I even cut a check! I am already very happy having our ""forever"" house built by him. I have lived in 4 houses in 7 years, so I know specifically what I want and Kris is helping me find ways to achieve that within our budget. And Michelle is awesome as well, always friendly on my many many trips in! And if people want to nay-say about Kris, they should take a drive through Karen Springs, those houses still look awesome after all these years, and vey FEW have for sale signs in front of them, so he has to be doing something right. My opinon may change as I go thru this process, but I have built a house before and I really really appreciate that Kris has yet to treat me like I have no idea what I am talking about. We are super excited to live in Oak Creek!!! more

I built a home with Kris, had all issues after the sale addressed to my satisfaction (or beyond), and even had a lot of help and followup with him to this day (I built the house in 2001-2002). If given the opportunity I would build a house with him again without hesitation. The reviews here are uncharacteristic of Kris and his work. I know (from asking Kris) that he is waiting for the complaints associated with the brick repairs to be withdrawn before starting the work for this homeowner (who is actually getting limestone put in to replace the brick - an upgrade for sure). more

I had my home built in 2003 and in 2004 the brickwork started cracking in the corners of the home. I contacted Kris Cozzo and informed hime of the problem. His construction supervisor ""Rodney"" came and witnessed the problem and agreed to fix the brickwork. They strung me along until the Karen Springs sub-division was completed and then refused to make the repairs. more

Bought the home in 2005, for over $400K and the home has numerous issues. Poor workmanship, cheap doors and windows, floors that creak. floors that are uneven. BUILDER DOES NOTHING!!!!! Cons: The Quality of the home more
