I had the same experience as the other review. I got a dead gateway adapter and then when I told them about it, they said it cant be. They said that I had to pay the shipping back...

Bought a Computer AC adapter from them. it arrived DEAD..never worked. Pros: had the item in stock Cons: item was DOA more
